IMPORTANT: Please use a computer to fill out the form. We do not use paper forms.
To ensure a balanced representation of age groups and nationalities among the children attending our summer camps, we will review all applications received during the first month of enrolment. You can expect to hear back from us within a month after submitting your application.
If this is your first time using our online enrolment platform, please create an account with your email address. This email will be used as the primary address for all applications made with that account.
Once your account has been created, you will be able to register multiple students each with their own personal profiles.
If you have already registered a student in the past, please log in using the email address you used last time. If you have forgotten your password, you will be given the option to reset it. For privacy reasons, we are unable to check your password for you.
*Please note that to submit the application form you will be asked to provide the name of the health and accident insurance for your child/children as well as a scan of their first passport page.
Upon receipt of the application form, we will acknowledge receipt and process the file.
When we are able to offer you a place, you will receive an invoice of CHF 1,000.- non-refundable deposit per camp. This invoice should be paid upon receipt to reserve the place.
If we are unable to offer a place for your chosen camp(s) but a place can be offered at a different programme our team will suggest alternative options.
Once the deposit has been paid we will send you the invoice for the camp fees (including pocket money); we kindly request that you settle the invoice within 30 days of the billing date in order to confirm the place.
