Admission Procedure

Applications for our Summer 2026 programmes will open in November.

If you would like to be notified of the exact opening date, be sure to register for our newsletter here, or keep an eye on our social media @roseycamps!

Please note:

  • We review all applications carefully to ensure a balanced representation of age groups and nationalities among the children attending our summer camps.
  • The admission process is selective. Places are not attributed on a first come, first served basis.
  • We recommend using a computer to fill out the application form. You will not be able to complete the form using a mobile device. We do not use paper forms.
  • If you submit your application during the first month of enrolment, you can expect to hear back from us within a month after submitting your application.

Step 1

If this is your first time using our online enrolment platform, please create an account with your email address. This email will be used as the primary address for all applications made with that account.

Once your account has been created, you will be able to register multiple students, each with their own personal profiles.

If you have already registered a student in the past, please log in using the email address you used last time. If you have forgotten your password, you will be given the option to reset it. For privacy reasons, we are unable to check your password for you.

*Please note that to submit the application form you will be asked to provide the name of the health and accident insurance for your child/children as well as a scan of their first passport page.

Step 2

We will let you know if we have received your application, and then begin the evaluation process.

If we offer you a place, you will receive a notification along with an invoice for the non-refundable deposit per child, per session (CHF 1,000.-). This invoice should be paid upon receipt to reserve the place.

If we cannot offer you a place for your chosen camp(s), but a place can be offered at a different programme, our team will suggest alternative options.

If no alternative programme can be suggested, your application may be placed on the Waiting List instead. In this instance, no payment will be required, as a place on the Waiting List does not guarantee that a place will become available before the camp begins.

Step 3

Once the non-refundable deposit has been paid, we will send you the invoice for the camp fees (including pocket money); we kindly request that you settle the invoice within 30 days of the billing date in order to confirm the place. Without payment within the timeframe specified on the invoice, the place is relinquished.

Along with the invoice, you will receive:

  • The Practical Information (packing list, arrival schedule, phone times, etc.)
  • The Arrival and Departure form
  • The Health Questionnaire to be signed by your family doctor.

Step 4

Upon receipt of the full payment, the Arrival and Departure form, and the Health Questionnaire must be submitted via the Parent Portal before the camp starts.

General Information

  • As places are limited, we recommend registering your child at your earliest convenience. Inquiries by telephone or in writing do not guarantee a reservation.
  • We accept payment by bank transfer or American Express (no Visa, MasterCard, etc…)
  • Fees are quoted in Swiss Francs; if a payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate of the day of the transaction will be used. Any difference in favour of the payment will be credited, or, in the case of a shortfall, a further payment will be invoiced.
  • A place is reserved upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, then confirmed upon full payment. In accordance with our conditions, a single full payment is required if a place is offered after 1st March.
  • Priority is given to former Rosey Camps students and children of Anciens Roséens.
  • All our programmes have a fixed duration. Students are expected to complete the full programme. Late arrivals or early departures cannot be accommodated.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw an application in case of incompatibility with the chosen camp: for example, health concerns impeding full participation in the programme, schedule conflict rendering the student unable to attend for the entire camp duration, request for time allocation for work unrelated to the camp…
  • If you require a visa to enter Switzerland, we recommend applying for a multiple-entry Schengen visa. Switzerland is part of Schengen States. Please read carefully the following link to determine if your child needs a visa to enter Switzerland: Swiss State Secretariat for Migration SEM. Parents are responsible for the validity of their children’s passport and visa. If a Schengen visa is required, make sure it is valid for the entire duration of the camp. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the end of camp.
  • Should you be visiting Switzerland, we would be delighted to show you around our campus.
  • Or meet us in your home country during one of Le Rosey presentations around the world.
